Charles M. Phillips has twenty years of experience in photography. Born on St. Patrick's Day, he was raised on various family ranches near Monterey, California, and is part Native American Choctaw and part Irish-Welsh-Scottish. He provides volunteer photography services to the U.S. Postal Service and is a photographer for the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association. Charles is a photographer of gold card roping's in roping events for the American Cowboys Team Ropers' Association and often donates his photographs to charities.
